Welcome back to school and Happy New Year. I would like to extend my gratitude towards you for your continued support towards all the activities we have been undertaking to facilitate the education of your children. We recognise that there are challenges still facing us that threatens the achievement of some of our objectives, however, we have been steadfast in our resolve to persevere amid the many challenges for the betterment of our students.

In addition, I hope that we can continue to foster a healthy relationship to propel our school forward so that our students are well prepared to face the challenges of the world today.

Our pupils are our most valuable clients and therefore we need to provide an environment that fosters optimum learning and at the same time make them feel safe and comfortable.
Our History
Since 1936 Chaguanas Government Primary School has been providing students with a high and diverse learning environment. It is one of the largest populated schools in the Caroni Education District and is acclaimed as the highest performing SEA school in the district.
