Welcome to Chaguanas Government Primary School,

We are proud to be identified as the best performing primary school nationally.  This has resulted in parents making our institution their first choice for educating their children.  Our school population is presently  seven hundred.

FIRST YEAR INTAKE

Application for pupils to our First Year department starts on February 05th, 2024 and ends March 15th, 2024.  It should be noted that our maximum intake is one hundred (100) so please apply to at least two other schools as you are not guaranteed entry.

The application form can be obtained at the school or the Ministry of Education District Office.  Applications MUST be dropped off at the school within the application period. Please be aware  that failure to satisfy the stated criteria for acceptance may disqualify your child from admission to this school and incomplete applications would not be entertained.

All applicants will be notified through the mail using the addresses that you would have provided.
